Summary of the Insurance Coverage
1. Medical expenses not incurred during hostpitalization
· Initial medical care 24 hours a day at the client’s home or at local clinics.
· Specialist medical care and laboratory testing, x-ray, ultra-sound etc. services.
· Medicines included in the basket of health services upon physician prescription, unlimited in sum.
· Emergency dental treatments at participating clinics.
· Evacuation by ambulance to a medical center following an emergency event.
· All Services are given without any deductible.
2. Medical expenses incurred during hostpitalization
· All medical expenses in connection with treatment in the emergency room.
· Hospitalization fees and any hospitalization expenses and treatments with no limitation on hospitalization
days and expenses.
· Hospitalization services at a psychiatric hospital for a period of up to 60 days.
· All services and no deductible upon proper prior arrangement.
3. Special expenses
· Expenses for early return of insured to his or her country of origin upon a regular or medical flight.
· Flight and accommodation expenses in Israel for relative required to assist the insured during hospitalization.
· Expenses for transfer and accompaniment of the body.
· Payment for disability or death from accident up to the sum of 10,000 US$.
· Further coverage may be purchased for death from any cause in the amount of $4,000.
4. Exceptions not covered
· Psychological services, nursing care, genetic testing and birth.
· Prior medical incident from which the insured suffered prior to commencement of insurance.
· Self-imposed injury, automobile accidents and work accidents (coverage may be acquired for work accidents).
5. General Clauses
· The proposal is subject to the terms of the policy which bind the insured.
· The insurance is suitable for foreigners insured from the age of two until 65, tourists or workers.
· Each insured must provide a signed declaration of health.
· The insurance shall enter into effect upon filing the paperwork and payment and with the approval of the insurer.
· Coverage may be frozen or canceled upon the death of the employer or the departure of the worker.
· Upon the occurrence of any insurance event, please call the medical call center 24 hours a day.
