The objective of the policy is to give you, the insured, peace of mind during your stay in Israel – tranquility emanating from the fact that you know that there is someone to care for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be able to receive a proper medical answer to every medical problem which may arise in accordance with the need that has been created, including examination by a doctor, receipt of medication advanced medical examinations, hospitalization and even the performance of emergency surgery. In the framework of the policy, you shall receive every medical answer which you shall require without any need for you to effect any payment to the service providers.
For your convenience, the medical service is provided by various service providers and Leumi Medical Fund Clinics nationwide which shall attend to your medical needs at all times.
We operates a manned telephonic Center to serve you, the insured, 24 hours a day, by a professional, trained medical team of English speakers .
You can approach the Center with every question or request for clarification in connection with the program. You may only to approach the service providers in accordance with the guidelines of the Center. Any contact with service providers who are not part of the arrangement with the insurer, without the authorization of the Center shall not be paid by the insurance company.

The policy does not cover the following situations:
§ An existing sickness or a previous medical condition.
§ Pregnancy
§ Medical services emanating from the use of alcohol, drugs and self inflicted injury.
§ Road accidents – this, because there is compulsory cover in Israel covering a vehicle in respect of bodily injuries.
§ Work and professional sporting or competitive accidents.
§ The obligatory conditions as detailed in the insurance policy.
In addition to the contents of the medical insurance policy the insureds of the _______ program shall receive the special extensions detailed hereunder:
1. A medical flight of the insured to his country of origin – shall be at the discretion of the insurer.
2. The sum of the medical expenses in this program shall be increased and will stand at $ 50,000.

3. The age for joining this program shall be extended up to age 70.
